When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All responses should be given to the couple no later than August 26th, 2026 to represent accurate head counts.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Kindly use the link under 'Travel' tab to reserve a room. Please note rooms and other accommodations are expected to book quickly due to high volume of weddings that time of year and the apple festivities happening.

Is there a deadline for the hotel room block?

Answer

The deadline to book is September 24th. After that, all unclaimed rooms will be released and the group rate will no longer be available. We strongly recommend booking at the hotel if you would like to participate in the transportation option to and from the venue. It's about a 30 minute ride. You can also call the hotel directly [(762) 250-9445] and mention the Doyle Diorio Wedding group! 1 King Bed and 2 Queen Bed rooms are available. Rooms are first come first serve.

Is there rideshare and/or transportation available?

Answer

Short answer? Yes and No. Long answer: The venue is in the middle of nowhere and cellphone signal is not great - so Uber/Lyft is not reliable. Due to the venue location and terrain, it is strongly recommended that either a designated driver is available or you take advantage of the transportation that will be offered to and from our hotel block at Comfort Inn and Suites, Blue Ridge. We want everyone to have fun but also be safe <3

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re celebrating in the fall in Ellijay, Georgia, so please plan for cooler weather - especially as the evening goes on. Gentlemen: A nice button‑up shirt or vest is perfect. Jackets and suits are welcome but not required. Feel free to dress comfortably while keeping it polished. Ladies: Long dresses are encouraged. Seasonal fabrics and layers (shawls, wraps, light jackets) are a great idea for the cooler temperatures. The ceremony will be on grass, and the reception will be on wood flooring, so please choose footwear accordingly. Wedges, block heels, flats, or dressy boots are great options. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:45pm but no later than 4:15pm. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Daniel and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.

Can I bring guests or plus ones not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations for the people we love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of our ring bearers, our wedding will be child-free. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy the special moment presently with us and leave all cellphones and/or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away! Please do not post any photos of the bride and groom to social media until they have done so themselves.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be inside!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Of course! We wil have an open bar available to our guests after the ceremony until last call. Beer, wine, and seltzers will be available. Hard liquor is not permitted at the venue and will not be allowed. Additional beverages (water, lemonade, tea and coffee) will also be served.
