Intention for this weekend?

Cory and I have always wanted to plan a weekend getaway with our friends. One big cozy cabin and enough activities to keep us busy to make memories worth a lifetime. We saw this as an amazing way to make it happen. The focus is and always has been to have a weekend with those we love and, well, might as well get married while we are at it.

When is Check In and Check Out?

Answer

If your invite says you are invited to stay on property on the back this will pertain to you. Check in is @5pm Friday, August 7th. Check out is @11am Monday, August 10th. You are welcome to stay the entire weekend. Please let us know if you intend on leaving Sunday evening.

What is the breakdown of cost?

Answer

We have booked out the entire property including the Cantwell Lodge and the Bungalows for everyone to stay in. After reviewing the initial investment we have concluded that it will be $500 per person to enjoy for the entire weekend. Normally this property would cost roughly $900-1,000 per night.

We would love to see payment by June 1st, 2026.

What is there to do on property?

Answer

There is a large swimming pool with a sauna and hot tubs along with a natural waterfall. Additionally, there is a trail for hiking as well. We intend on bringing outdoor games for when we are chilling by the pool. Off property, there are more hiking trails, golf, rafting, ziplining, etc. This is your weekend away too, we want you to feel free to go do whatever you’d like.

Can I bring my own food/ alcohol for the weekend?

Answer

Yes! There are kitchens in each bungalow and a large kitchen in the lodge. We intend on providing nibbles for Friday Night at the Welcome Party, Cocktail Hour and Dinner on Saturday and Sunday Breakfast. Regarding alcohol, we will have plenty for the wedding festivities, but eventually we might run out. Please bring your favorites for hanging by the pool etc. so the party keeps going on.
