Shuttle

Unless getting dropped off, guests will have to take the shuttle to and from the wedding site. There is NO on-site parking at the wedding. Locations and times the shuttle will be leaving are listed below: Claremont DoubleTree: 2:45 pm Glendora High School: 3:10 pm, 3:30 pm In the evening, the shuttle will take guests from the venue to either location, depending on the shuttle. See the schedule below: Glendora High School: Shuttles 1, 2 Claremont DoubleTree: 1, 3 Shuttle 1: 9:00 pm (for the early risers) Shuttle 2: 10:15 pm (for the partiers) Shuttle 3: 10:45 pm (for the closers) *NOTE* Shuttle 2 does not go to Claremont and Shuttle 3 does not stop at the high school.
Flight
This is our HIGHLY PREFERRED airport for trips to Glendora (and the general San Gabriel Valley). It is smaller and easier to get around, and in our opinion very worth any layover, additional cost, or limited flight time options compared to LAX or BUR. You can even stop by the Ontario Mills outlet mall for a quick shopping trip after landing if you forgot anything!
Hotel
We *do not* have a room block for this hotel, but it is the absolute closest to our venue, and right next to the iconic Donut Man! If staying here, we recommend ride-sharing to the Glendora High School shuttle for the Wedding. More details to be posted.

—THIS HOTEL AND BLOCK ARE NOW SOLD OUT. Please see our other hotel recommendations for stays near our venue— This is our hotel block option in Claremont, CA (9 miles to our venue). Claremont is a very cute college town, and we will provide recommended activities in the "Things to Do" tab. Please use the provided link to book a room in our block by April 10th! There is a 24hr cancellation policy for all reservations, and complimentary overnight parking. NOTE: Our wedding weekend is the same weekend as the Claremont Colleges' Alumni Weekend, so if you plan on lodging in Claremont, we recommend booking ASAP.

Travel Note
As mentioned, we don't actively recommend flying into LAX or BUR, due to heavy traffic in those areas and distance from our venue. However, if you are hoping to turn this trip into an extended vacation in Los Angeles, these may make sense depending on your itinerary. We'll include more details about our favorite towns and activities in LA and Ventura Counties in the "Things to Do" tab.
