What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:30-5:45 PM. We will have attendants onsite to assist with parking. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 PM!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is by April 1st, 2023. Due to space restrictions at our venue, all RSVP's not received by April 1st will be automatically update to "not attending". If you do not know if you will be able to RSVP by April 1st, please contact us so we can try to accommodate you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-formal garden party is the general vibe to shoot for. Think pastels, neutrals, ruffles, & light florals! No jeans or sneakers please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP on our wedding website, it will indicate if you have been given a plus one. We wish we could give everyone a plus one, but are limited by the guest count restrictions of our venue. As we get RSVP's in, we hope to be able to invite more plus-ones as space opens up!

Is there a rain plan?

Answer

Yes! If the rain is light, we will proceed with the ceremony as normal. Bring an umbrella! If the rain is heavier, there is a chapel next door where the ceremony will be held. Please still plan to park at the Glencliff Manor address.

Are there hotel blocks available?

Answer

Yes! Please head over to the "travel" page of our website to view hotel blocks for the wedding. There are multiple local graduations happening on the same weekend, so we recommend booking your hotel when you RSVP! The rooms under the Scheerer Boyd Wedding block are available at a discounted rate for all guests!
