Rachael and Andrew both attended Nottingham High School where they met for the first time in Human Physiology class. They shared many laughs in class together and (they now know) they each had a secret crush on each other. A few years after high school, they reconnected while working at the Apple Store. As if nothing ever changed, they became the best of friends and secretly had a crush on each other again. Their first official date was at Dim Sum Garden (which is now their favorite spot for soup dumplings!) and continued to spend every minute together. They always had the best time with each other - whether it was going to concerts or finding a new food spot - and realized they were quickly falling in love. During a work trip to California, Rachael surprised Andrew with a visit where they explored the Redwoods and San Francisco together, igniting their love for traveling. They began to explore different cities and parts of the world - their first trip together being New Orleans - creating some of their fondest memories. They continued to build their lives together with several huge milestones - moving into their first apartment, graduating college, getting new jobs, and buying their first home. In December 2021, Andrew and Rachael were excited to take their annual trip to NYC to see the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. Andrew decided to make this trip extra special by taking Rachael to the Edge where he asked her to marry him. It was the happiest day of their lives! Rachael and Andrew are so grateful for the people they have in their lives and can't wait to celebrate with their families and closest friends!
