Travel & Lodging

Please see the two hotel room blocks below for a convenient, no-stress booking experience. We also recommend exploring Airbnb and Vrbo, especially for those who are coming in groups. If you'd like to shop around, our advice is to check out stays near Forsyth Park and the Starland District. These areas aren't as 'iconic' as the Historic District, but they're still very walkable and come at a bit of a discount. Feel free to reach out with any questions about location, price, and/or travel logistics!

Travel Note

Note for Out-of-State Guests

Flying into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) will be the easiest option. If ticket prices are high, you could also consider flying into Charleston (CHS) and driving a rental car two hours to Savannah. We do NOT recommend renting a car if flying into Savannah, as the city is very walkable and Ubers/Lyfts are inexpensive. We also know that oil and, consequently, airfare prices have increased dramatically due to conflict in the Middle East. With this in mind, we advise waiting until early to mid summer to book flights and using Google Flights to track price changes.
