Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is an all-inclusive resort offering limitless gourmet dining, top-shelf drinks, and a wide range of activities.

Is there a room block reserved at the resort?

Yes, we’ve partnered with a travel coordinator to assist with all booking arrangements. Please visit the Travel page on our website for her contact information.

Is transportation provided to and from the airport and resort?

Answer

Yes, ground transportation is provided to and from the airport to venue.

Can guests stay at a different resort than Majestic Elegance?

Answer

Yes, guests may choose to stay at a different resort. Please note that a minimum of 90% of our guests must stay at Majestic Elegance to meet our wedding requirements, with up to 10% permitted to stay off-property. A day pass fee will apply for guests staying at another resort. Transportation from off-property resorts will not be provided, and guests staying elsewhere will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the wedding events.

Is travel insurance required?

Answer

Travel insurance is optional. If you’re unsure, we recommend discussing options with our travel coordinator to determine what works best for you. If you do select travel insurance, if you need to cancel your travel plans for any reason prior to your originally scheduled departure time, you'll receive a refund or future travel credit (depending on the plan you purchase) with the exception of the cost of your plan.

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding. Please be sure to include them when completing your RSVP.

What should guests wear?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in Semi Formal attire for our outdoor/beach wedding. We encouraged and we suggest choosing breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes.

How will updates be communicated before the wedding?

We will continue to update our wedding website with the latest details and information. In the event of any major updates or changes, guests will be notified via email and/or text.
