Yes! A shuttle will be available for guests that are staying at the GrandStay Hotel & Suites. The shuttle will run to and from The Eloise periodically throughout the night.
If we do not get an RSVP back by 04/01/2024, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept a late RSVP due to this. We hope that you understand!
Absolutely! Relocate your RSVP via the RSVP section, search your name, and hit “Select” if the correct name(s) appear, scroll down and hit “Edit RSVP” and you will now be able to make changes to your RSVP. If you have any issues you are welcome to text Rebecca Raabe at (715) 892-0483 with the changes that need to be made to your RSVP. Please be mindful of our deadline of 04/01/2024 for all RSVPs.
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire.
We ask that you do NOT during the ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer (Jennifer) and videographer (Caleb) to capture all of our special moments. You are more than welcome to bring out the phones and cameras during the reception! Please respect our wishes.
We love your little ones; however, invitations are specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited via invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The Eloise has its own parking lot at the front of the building with plenty of parking spaces.
Yes! The Eloise has no stairs to enter the building from the parking lot. The ceremony will be held on the upper level and the reception will take place on the lower level. To get to the lower level there is one set of stairs and an elevator.
It sure is! A wide selection of beer, wine, seltzer, champagne, and soda will be available. No wine spirits. Water will be self-serve.
Being from Texas, isn't BBQ fitting? Buffet style! Mains: Pulled Pork, Sliced Chicken Breast *Three different BBQ sauces to choose from Sides: Smokehouse Beans, Macaroni & Cheese *Cornbread is served with each plate
Yes! Our wonderful catering team will do their best to accommodate all allergies and special dietary requirements. When submitting your RSVP please include your allergy/ dietary restrictions in the notes.
To those coming from out of state, welcome to Wisconsin! Spring in southern Wisconsin can be anywhere from a high of 80 to a low of 50 degrees. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors with the option for conversation and games on the outdoor back patio of The Eloise.
