Our story of meeting starts with us being children. Our families have known each-other since we were just kids. There are photos of us as early as 2006 at parties and events together. However, eventually we grew up and forgot all about each-other. It was only when we had both went to church that we found ourselves recognizing one another. We knew we had met before, but we could not recall when. Upon reflection of this encounter, we found out that we have known each-other for years. It took a few years then, but one summer, we finally connected more deeply. We shared our stories of what we’ve done in the meantime, our memories of not so proud moments, and our experiences with life. It was only then we realized that we had a connection unlike any other. It was when we woke up and realized that we wanted to speak to one another, something beautiful had formed. Our love blossomed in Church for that is the location that we met once again. The Lord brought us together. Love blossomed from a connection that just seemed to always be there.

Nuestra historia de cómo nos conocimos comienza desde que éramos niños. Nuestras familias se conocen desde que éramos apenas unos pequeños. Hay fotos de nosotros desde el 2006 en fiestas y eventos juntos. Sin embargo, con el tiempo crecimos y nos olvidamos el uno del otro. Fue solo cuando ambos fuimos a la iglesia que nos reconocimos. Sabíamos que nos habíamos visto antes, pero no recordábamos cuándo. Después de reflexionar sobre este encuentro, descubrimos que nos conocíamos desde hacía años. Pasaron algunos años más, pero un verano, finalmente nos conectamos más profundamente. Compartimos nuestras historias de lo que habíamos hecho en ese tiempo, nuestros recuerdos de momentos no tan orgullosos y nuestras experiencias con la vida. Fue entonces cuando nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos una conexión como ninguna otra. Fue cuando despertamos y nos dimos cuenta de que queríamos hablar el uno con el otro, que algo hermoso se había formado. Nuestro amor floreció en la iglesia, porque ese es el lugar donde nos volvimos a encontrar. Dios nos unió. El amor brotó de una conexión que simplemente siempre estuvo ahí.
