Please RSVP by no later than July 19, 2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you will be unable to attend.
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
If you are not choosing to utilize the shuttle bus, please park across the street from the Boathouse at the building that is for lease. There is limited parking next to the building that will be utilized for our guests with limited mobility.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We will have catered hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style, with menu items that include a steak and chicken dish. Stick around for pizza & ice cream as a late night snack. We hope you enjoy the menu we selected! Please reach out as soon as possible with any dietary restrictions so they can be communicated with the caterer.
For your comfort and convenience we have reserved a block of rooms. Please make your reservations by August 21st and mention the Marco/Smith wedding. More information can be found under the travel tab in the menu above.
The nearest hotel to the venue is a 15 minute drive from the wedding venue. For your convenience, a shuttle service has been arranged to transport our guests to the wedding venue from the Comfort Inn & Suites, and back to the Comfort Inn & Suites from the wedding venue. More information can be found under the travel tab in the menu above.
