It all started at Dick Weber Bowling Alley in Florissant. Qwannie had been working at Dick Weber for 5 years, and was on good terms with the supervisor of the time. We were looking to hire new staff. While going through the applications, Qwannie stumbled upon the name "Avery", something about his name gave her good vibes. A few weeks later, Qwannie was bowling in a league on Tuesday Night, when she was introduced to Avery by the supervisor. She was scheduled to train him by the next week. During training, they had deep conversations about a little bit of everything. Qwannie had no idea that Avery was attracted to her initially. Ironically, during the shift, a tornado had ripped through north county St. Louis, which caused the bowling alley to close early. While finishing up, Avery expressed his attraction and asked for her number. Qwannie politely declined, and explained that she did not have relationships with coworkers outside of work. After Avery left, Qwannie spoke to her close friend and coworker Jamaira about the obvious flirting. Jamaira was CONFUSED as to why Qwannie declined his pursuit. A few moments later, Avery came back in because he had forgot something. Jamaira nudged Qwannie and said, "girl you better give him your number!". Qwannie then walked up to Avery and handed him one of her business cards. He sent a text the next day, and the rest is history.
