We met at work in 2019, bonded over being really good at our jobs (and humble about it), and ended up grabbing drinks with friends. Fast forward a few months and… we became roommates. Risky? Sure. But somehow, we didn’t kill each other, and we even liked living together. Then came 2020. COVID. One-bedroom apartment. Months of lockdown. Instead of losing our minds, we played way too many games, ate our way through every restaurant in Brooklyn, and somehow got closer. By late 2021, we realized we weren’t just friends anymore. In March 2022, we made it official. Life didn’t really change—except for more kissing and less pretending we weren’t into each other. Then, in December 2023, Quran proposed. Now here we are: coworkers-turned-roommates-turned-best-friends-turned-fiancés, ready to be husband and wife.
