WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Answer

Beach Formal! Our ceremony will be on the sand and our reception will be under a tent on the wood deck, so we recommend lightweight fabrics and appropriate shoes. Think coastal chic, upscale resort, summery dresses for the girls, and a light suit or button down for the boys. Colors and prints are encouraged!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We suggest that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a seat. Please keep in mind possible shore traffic on Fridays to make sure you have enough time to get seated.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

We love our venue for its private beachfront setting, overlooking the ocean. The reception will be fully tented, imagine a warm summer evening by the beach.

WILL THERE BE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

Answer

We have two room blocks at the ICONA Diamond Beach and their sister hotel, Mahalo Diamond Beach. The Mahalo is right next door to the ICONA. Their websites are linked in the Travel section, as well as the booking codes you can use for each. With ICONA bookings, guests will receive a wristband allowing them access to ICONA's private beach and pool for the length of their stay. This is where we will spend the rest of the weekend after the Friday wedding.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Sadly, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names are listed on the invitation. If you receive a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones away during our unplugged ceremony. Our photographer will do a fabulous job taking and sharing photos! We look forward to taking selfies with you at the reception.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

Answer

ICONA hotel has transportation for wedding guests who need a local ride. As we finalize our schedule for the day before and day of, we will update if there is any additional transportation needed.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

We love your little ones, however due to our reception venue, this will be an adults only celebration.

WHERE CAN I PARK IF I'M DRIVING?

Answer

ICONA and Mahalo hotels have parking for guests of the hotels. There is also metered street parking.
