To kick off the wedding weekend we will be hosting a Welcome Party at the Flannery Exchange in downtown Palm Springs. Upon arrival, proceed inside the building and take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. Food and drink will be provided.

Wedding Day Schedule

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Western/Cowboy Chic or Semi-Formal

Saddle up in style! Since our wedding will take place at a ranch, we invite guests to lean into the western aesthetic of our venue and embrace the cowboy spirit. Check out some inspiration in our website's "Things to Do" section! 4:30pm-5:00pm: Guest Arrival 5:00pm-6:00pm: Ceremony and Cocktail Hour 6:00pm-11:00pm: Reception

Palm Springs Surf Club Hangout

11:00 am - 3:00 pm

We will be relaxing and hanging out at the Palm Springs Surf Club. We have currently reserved 5 cabanas which includes 50 complimentary entrances to the Surf Club. The Surf Club includes a Lazy River and Waterslides. The surf pool requires separate reservation which you can look into booking on your own if interested. Food/drink will be on your own for this event but there is a restaurant/bar at the club. If you plan on joining, please let us know by completing the form included in the two week email (or text/email either of us) by Wednesday March 18th so we can get a rough headcount and add additional cabanas if needed. If you do not let us know by the deadline or decide to join last minute, you will still be able to join us at the Surf Club but you will need to handle entrance on your own by purchasing a ticket on the Surf Club website.  For those joining, we will send a separate email with details on how to check in at the Surf Club closer to the wedding weekend.
