We hope you will find this majestic barn as magical as we do! Just off the beaten path, it is a one stop destination where all of the day’s activities will happen, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! We will say yes in the backyard of the barn with a pretty sweet panoramic view, eat dinner in the twinkle lit barn, dance the night away under more twinkle lights, and even enjoy s’mores by the bonfire! We hope this magical destination makes it feel like you’re going on an adventure alongside us, as we embark on our one biggest adventure, forever together!

Durham School Bus

Yes a school bus! :-) The shuttle will pick up and drop off in downtown Grass Valley for those who do not want to drive to the venue! Location: Gold Miners Inn Parking Lot 121 Bank Street, Grass Valley, CA 94945 (Parking lot: there are half of the hotel spots that are not marked and open for the public, if you’re staying at the hotel please park in a hotel spot! Otherwise you’ll have to find street parking). PICK UP TO WEDDING Time: 2:00pm! (Please allow yourself time to find parking!) RETURN AFTER WEDDING Time: 9:30pm and 10:30/11pm

Getting There

Please follow these directions on how to get to this magical off-the-beaten-path barn, as Google Maps will typically take you down a very long bumpy gravel road that you will want to avoid! FROM GRASS VALLEY: Take CA- 20 WEST out of Grass Valley (towards Marysville about 12.5 miles) Turn LEFT on Hamilton Smartsville Rd. LANDMARK Dollar General Store (& continue approx. .9 miles) Turn LEFT on Chuck Yeager Rd. (& continue approx. .5 miles) Turn LEFT onto Big Oak Valley Rd. 8600 Big Oak Valley Rd is the 2nd gate on your right FROM LINCOLN/ROSEVILLE (highway 65): Take CA-65 North Merge onto CA-70 North Take exit 18B towards Erle Rd. At end of exit, turn LEFT onto Linhurst Ave, then at the first light turn RIGHT onto Erle Rd. Turn LEFT onto Goldfields Parkway Turn RIGHT onto North Beale Road Turn LEFT at the first cross street onto Griffith Ave. Turn RIGHT at first cross street onto Hammonton Smartsville Road (You’ll take this road for about 13 miles, passing Beale Air Force Base) Turn RIGHT onto Chuch Yeager Road (if you get to hwy 20, you went too far!!)
