We're getting married!

It all started on a cold winter trip to a cabin in the Pocono's. Sadie was in the middle of her Master's program and Justin was grinding away at his first job post-college, when they both got the invite from a mutual friend. While they had met briefly the year before, they didn't hit it off until that second trip when they were able to spend a lot more time together. The weekends following, Justin braved the long drives to Indiana, PA to visit Sadie while she finished up her program. They had their first date at Benjamin's, where they shared stories and Jameson Lemonade's. They've always viewed their love story in chapters, the first one being those weekends spent in Sadie's little college town apartment. From there, Sadie moved to Pittsburgh for her first job, while Justin stayed busy at his in Collegeville, taking turns driving the 289 miles in-between the two every weekend for over a year. They decided after getting very bored and tired of driving the PA turnpike, that Justin would move to Pittsburgh to start their next chapter. There, they turned their first house into a home, checking out many of their favorite breweries and pizza shops, hanging out with lots of friends and family, and welcoming their sweet angel puppy Callie in May of 2020 after a few grueling months of COVID lock-down. The next chapter came when they decided to make the move back to Eastern PA, where they currently reside in their favorite little town of Lititz. Whether they are spending time at the best pub in town, or hitting the golf course on a beautiful Saturday, they've loved creating new memories and starting new hobbies all along the way. After 8 years of their love story, the current chapter came next. They were busy planning their Christmas celebration of about 30 people (all of which were to be crammed into their tiny little house), when Justin popped the question over Chicken Tikka Masala. They decided to keep it a secret until they could announce it to their families at Christmas dinner, savoring those first few weeks of being engaged before diving in to wedding planning. They designed Sadie's ring with a small local jeweler who brought their vision to life to create a beautiful symbol of their love.
