It’s been a long time coming but its finally here!

One would love to say we met on a cold crisp night, gazed into each others eyes, and fell in love, but you know that ain’t us. I actually befriended StarAsia on Facebook way before I ever knew her... yep I was stalking. She was pretty high on my fine scale but I was in no place to date a woman like her at the time. It wasn’t until a few years later that I took some plates out of her hand and subsequently stole her heart. Fast-forward three years later. Through good times, bad times, arguments, laughter, and joy, we are finally here to show our love for one another so publicly, yet intimate to our souls. I don’t have enough space for all of the juicy details, drama-filled, sweet and sensual, moments that make up our relationship, but if you know either of is you know a pot of tea might be in order for the occasion!

December 11 probably had to be one of the worst days of my life....nope no one died and I was in perfect health. That was the day I found out that StarAsia knew I was going to propose to her. I had an elaborate plan to surprise her at our annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Party. Surrounded with family and friends, a simple game of Taboo would be my play to make StarAsia a Snowden forever. But No, that did not happen. I ended up surprising her December 21st at our friends bday celebration. I asked beforehand so do not think I was that type of jerk. I wore the exact outfit I wore when I asked her to be my girlfriend. She was Brooklyn all day with her Biggie Smalls t-shirt, Overalls, and Timberland boots. Don’t think I could have set it up better than that. I was just happy she said yes, as if she had a choice!
