Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to have y'all get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress for our wedding. What does this mean? Women - Midi/long dress or nice cocktail dress. Evening gowns are not expected. Men - Suit with tie primarily. Tuxedos are not expected. See article below for more details/inspiration! https://www.theknot.com/content/formal-wedding-attire

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail reception, dinner, and dancing will be outdoors. In the event of rain, we will have a tent to cover us.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Buses will be picking guests up at the Courtyard and Hampton Inn and transporting to the ceremony, to the reception, and back (or to Broadway). Please specify in your RSVP if you would like to utilize transportation provided so we can have an accurate headcount.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at both locations. For the reception location, parking will be around a 10-15minute walk from the venue, so please plan for a walk if you are driving. There will also be multiple weddings on the property on April 29th, so please be aware of signage!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please specify when you RSVP. We will have a section for you to add this in if applicable. Our caterer will try to accommodate if possible.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless specified on the invitation, please enjoy a date night!

Will a group be going to broadway after the wedding reception?

Answer

Yes! One bus will take guests back to the hotel blocks and one bus will drop off by Country Music Hall of Fame (two blocks from Broadway).
