7:00 PM - We hope that you can make a vacation out of this weekend and enjoy the resort! If you’re on site Friday evening, we’ll plan to gather outside the lodge at Embers Terrace! Join us for a casual evening before the big day. We'd love the extra time to spend with you during this celebration!

4:30 - Arrival

Take the Lake Path behind the lodge to the Lakeview Gazebo. Golf carts will shuttle you to the ceremony site on the course. Enjoy the views & mingle before finding a seat!

5:00 PM - Ceremony

Guests seated by 4:45; Formal, black-tie optional

5:30 PM - Cocktail Hour & Putting on the Practice Green

Make your way to the Outdoor Pavilion where an old fashioned bar, a champagne toast, hors d'oeuvres, and the putting green awaits!

7:00 PM - Dinner is Served

Eat, drink & enjoy!!

8:00 PM - Dancing & Glow Golf

Hit the dance floor, get back out to the putting green for some glow golf, grab an old fashioned & enjoy a cigar by the bonfire. Help us celebrate!

9:30 PM - Late Night Snack

11:30 PM - Last Song

Join the newlyweds for the final song on the dance floor!

12AM - 2AM After Party
