OMG....LOL!!!! Where do we begin...picture it 2005, I was working at a clothing store in Bossier Pierre Mall in Shreveport, La, when I was approached by Tony. When I tell you I tried to brush him off several times but he was so adamant that we would one day we would go out. I laughed it off and was like this man is something terrible. We eventually lost contact after I moved to Natchitoches, I hadn't talk too or laid eyes on Tony for almost a yr. One day on Myspace (yes I said it LOL), out of the blue he hits me up and we started chatting and again he was like eventually you will give me the time of day. I rolled my eyes at the computer and said you will not give up I see lol. We would talk off and on until one day the conversation lasted for hours; we found ourselves falling asleep on the phone LOL. I know it sounds like teenage love, but he had my full attention once I got to know him. I decide to let him take me out to dinner. He drove all the way from Shreveport to Dallas, mind you that this man had worked an 8hr shift, made sure his son was taken care of and then drove 3 1/2hrs to me. Once he arrived I didn't plan on him meeting my son Christian but if you know him like we do, he hates for me to be out of site. Tony and Christian played and talked with each other as if they weren't strangers and that kind of put my mind at easy. Ya'll I had the best time of my life, I remember it like it was yesterday because he made me laugh until I had tears the whole night. What most people don't know about Tony is he is a big goof ball but he remains quiet until he feels comfortable around you. I don't have to explain my personality LOL...sssshhhhhh. Long story short God sent me a man that I ignored for some time, thinking that he wasn't the one and he turned out to be everything I needed and more. I promise that Love conquers all and nothing comes easy, we are living testimonies. We Thank God for those that we're rooting for us when we we're at our lowest and highest. Best relationships/marriages last when you put God first, keep faith and stay prayed up. This is 17yrs in the making and we wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world.
