Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have not yet sent out formal invitations (only save the dates). Formal RSVPs will be collected after distribution of invitations in the two to three months leading up the wedding. However, if you know you will for sure be attending the wedding, we'd be so happy to hear that! Additionally, if you happen to already know that you will be unable to attend, we'd greatly appreciate you letting us know as well.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code will be black-tie optional. For women, this includes elegant, floor-length dresses or jumpsuits. For men, this includes either a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. A color palette of dark jewel or neutral tones or softer pastels and lighter colors is encouraged to maintain a refined look. Any accessories should reflect upscale elegance. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As the ceremony is scheduled to being promptly at 4:00pm, please plan to arrive to the ceremony space around 3:30pm, to allow for adequate time for seating.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes - please see the travel tab! We highly recommend the hotel where the wedding will be (Omni Orlando Resort) and there is a link in the travel tab for discounted room rates.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - please let Cristina or Ignacio know ASAP!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are currently planned to be outdoors. The reception will take place in an indoor ballroom.

Question

Are photos allowed during the wedding ceremony or reception?

Answer

We love that you are excited to celebrate with us! During our ceremony, we ask that all of our guests refrain from use of personal cellphones/cameras, to keep this time and the photos special and intimate. We have a wonderful photographer to capture our wedding ceremony. During the reception, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like and please share them with us!
