Old Mission Peninsula
A beautiful spot to explore during your stay. Old Mission Peninsula has thirteen wineries, many of which overlook the water and offer amazing views. It is the perfect place for an afternoon of wine tasting, relaxing scenery, and enjoying Traverse City. Our personal favorite is Mari's Vineyard, definitely worth a stop!
Downtown Traverse City
Full of cute shops, coffee spots, and local restaurants. It is an easy place to spend an afternoon wandering, grabbing a treat, or doing a little shopping.
Sleeping Bear Dunes
Hike the dunes, go for a scenic drive, or just enjoy the beach- such a fun way to spend your morning or afternoon in Traverse City! It is about a 30 minute drive from downtown!
Grand Traverse Commons
This historic village is one of the most unique spots in Traverse City. It used to be a 19th century hospital campus and has been beautifully restored into a charming little community with shops, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and walking trails. You can wander around the old brick buildings, grab a coffee, explore the boutiques, or stop for wine and lunch. It is such a fun place to spend a slow morning or afternoon while taking in the architecture and the scenery.
