When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 7th, and if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope it's casual! Think a family backyard barbeque, we'd rather celebrate with our friends and family being at ease and looking nice the way they think is best for the occasion. That way we can focus more on celebrating and less on how uncomfortable these darn shoes are.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yep! There'll be lawn games for the kids and adults too!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Take a look at your invitation, it'll let you know if you're good to bring a plus-one and be sure to have them on your RSVP so we know how much food to grab! If you run into any issues just let us know and we'll get it figured out.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Be sure to take a look at the Travel page of this website for a few recommendations such as the Best Westerns by Government Camp on Mt Hood or Hood River Columbia or take a look at Hampton Inn & Suites in Hood River as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do! We'll be able to work with the caterer to ensure there are food options to those who need them and if you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the wedding site Mt Hood Meadows.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will probably be an adventure the day before the wedding or a welcome event (we’re still deciding). When we do figure it out we’ll add an update here and information will be available on the schedule page once it's posted. So stay tuned!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:00 promptly, or within prompt wizard time so the reception can start at 4:30. We'd suggest arriving at potentially 3:30 - 3:45 to get seated.
