Question
What dates should I plan to be there?
Answer
Most of the celebration will take place between Wednesday, June 3rd and Friday, June 5th, so we recommend planning your stay for those days at minimum. Sara and I will be at the resort from Monday, June 1st through Sunday, June 7th, and you are welcome to come earlier or stay longer if you’d like to turn it into a full vacation.

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
You’ll want to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s the closest major airport to the Barcelo Maya Palace, and all round-trip transportation included in our group rates is arranged to and from this airport. Once you land, the drive to the resort is typically about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
You are more than welcome to bring your kids to the resort since Barcelo Maya Palace is family friendly, but we kindly ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception. The resort offers on-site babysitters, so you can enjoy the celebration while your little ones are well taken care of.

How do I book a room within the wedding group?
Answer
You can book directly through the link on the "Book Your Room" tab. Our travel coordinator Sonia secured our room block, group rates, and round-trip transportation from the Cancun airport. If you have any questions or concerns, she can assist you with the booking process by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Is there a deadline to book my room?
Answer
We ask that all rooms be booked by February 1st so the resort can hold our group rates and guarantee availability. Sonia will help with anything you need throughout the process.

Is the resort all inclusive?
Answer
Yes. Barcelo Maya Palace is a fully all inclusive resort, which means your stay includes food, drinks, pools, beach access, entertainment, and many on-site activities. Some specialty restaurants, spa services, and premium experiences may have an additional cost, but most of what you’ll want to enjoy is already included.

¿Qué fechas debo planear para estar allí?
Answer
La mayor parte de la celebración tendrá lugar entre el miércoles 3 de junio y el viernes 5 de junio, por lo que recomendamos planear tu estancia al menos para esos días. Sara y yo estaremos en el resort desde el lunes 1 de junio hasta el sábado 6 de junio, y eres bienvenido(a) a llegar antes o quedarte más tiempo si quieres convertirlo en unas vacaciones completas.

¿A qué aeropuerto debo llegar?
Answer
Debes volar al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún (CUN). Es el aeropuerto principal más cercano al Barceló Maya Palace, y todo el transporte redondo incluido en nuestras tarifas de grupo está organizado desde y hacia este aeropuerto. Una vez que aterrices, el trayecto al resort suele ser de aproximadamente una hora a una hora y quince minutos.

¿Se permiten niños?
Answer
Eres más que bienvenido(a) a traer a tus hijos al resort, ya que Barceló Maya Palace es apto para familias, pero pedimos amablemente que no haya niños en la ceremonia ni en la recepción. El resort ofrece niñeras en el lugar, para que puedas disfrutar de la celebración mientras tus pequeños están bien cuidados.

¿Cómo reservo una habitación dentro del grupo de la boda?

Puedes reservar directamente a través del enlace en la pestaña “Book Your Room”. Nuestra coordinadora de viajes, Sonia, aseguró nuestro bloque de habitaciones, las tarifas de grupo y el transporte de ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto de Cancún. Si tienes alguna pregunta o duda, ella puede ayudarte con el proceso de reserva por teléfono, correo electrónico o WhatsApp.

¿Hay una fecha límite para reservar mi habitación?

Pedimos que todas las habitaciones se reserven antes del 1 de febrero, para que el resort pueda mantener nuestras tarifas de grupo y garantizar disponibilidad. Sonia te ayudará con todo lo que necesites durante el proceso.

¿El resort es todo incluido?
Answer
Sí. Barceló Maya Palace es un resort completamente todo incluido, lo que significa que tu estadía incluye comida, bebidas, piscinas, acceso a la playa, entretenimiento y muchas actividades en el lugar. Algunos restaurantes de especialidad, servicios de spa y experiencias premium pueden tener un costo adicional, pero la mayoría de lo que querrás disfrutar ya está incluido.
