Dress Code and Attire

Answer

We ask our guests to please wear semi-formal, neutral or earth-colored tones. Please avoid very bright/neon colors or super vivid patterns. Please see the "attire" tab to see a few examples. Please keep in mind that this wedding is outdoors in the Ponderosa pine forest, and is at a high elevation. It will likely be warm during the day, and quickly cool off at night. We encourage you to keep a close eye on the weather forecast. Plan to wear comfortable, stable shoes, and bring layers.

Arizona Nordic Village (16848 US-180, Flagstaff, AZ 86001) is located 20min northwest of Flagstaff, or about 2.5hr from Phoenix. Please park in the dirt lot in front of the large welcome center Note that Uber/Lyft does not typically service this area. This venue is located on National Forest Service land, we ask you to please be mindful and respect the environment - leave no trace, pick up your trash, adhere to local fire restrictions. Non-biodegradable items like glitter, fake flower petals, etc. are not allowed.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

YUP! We will be serving a few cocktail options, as well as beer and wine. Be aware that one drink at sea level may feel like two or three at 7000ft elevation. Please drink responsibly.

What's the food situation? Can my dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

The main protein dishes (chicken or steak) are gluten free. We are offering one vegetarian main dish (pasta). Please fill out your RSVP to indicate which main dish you would like. There will be several small appetizers served during cocktail hour, with at least one GF and one vegetarian option available. Dinner will be served buffet style. There will be several sides available: grilled veggies, roasted potatoes, salads, and buns.
