In 2020, while the world felt like it was standing still, we found each other through a swipe on Hinge. It all began with a lighthearted prompt on Jenna’s profile: “What’s your guilty pleasure?” Her answer? Carl’s Jr. Chocolate Cake. Never one to resist a little playful banter, Quinn messaged: “How could someone so beautiful eat something so disgusting?” Jenna, always quick on her feet, shot back with: “Don’t knock it 'til you try it.” And just like that, a conversation started—one we never wanted to end. Our first date in La Jolla was filled with hours of deep conversation, unexpected connection, and a whole lot of laughter.
