Saturday, June 27th, 2026. Guests arrive at 5 PM! Beautiful Tomoka Farms Village, right outside Port Orange, FL. Little spot called Viens Ranch, located at 1975 H L Ainsley Dr, 32128.
RSVP by June 1 2026! We love y’all, and getting your response on time helps us plan a smooth, happy day for everyone.
Absolutely! Every invited guest is welcome to bring a plus one. Please be sure to include them when you RSVP so we can plan seating, food, and all the fun details accordingly! Feel free to reach out to the bride and groom if you have any questions or need to update your RSVP.
Coastal casual cocktail. So basically like the steakhouse night on a cruise ship, or the “dressed up” night at a beach resort. Be comfortable first and foremost, it’ll be hot.
Hot. Like probably in the 80s for the ceremony. It’s Florida, so it’ll probably rain for 15-20 minutes at some point between 3 and 6 PM. We have a covered location onsite that will fit everyone if we choose to have the ceremony in there, for weather or other reasons.
Beer & Wine: A curated selection of crowd-favorites. Themed Shots: Because it’s a celebration, and why not? Special Surprise Mixed Drinks: Keep an eye out for our signature house blends. Non-Alcoholic Options: Plenty of lemonade, tea, soda, and high quality H2O of course, to keep you hydrated in the Florida heat.
To keep things professional (and safe!), we will have a certified bartender on-site all night. However, don’t be surprised if you see a few "guest bartenders" (aka friends or family) jumping behind the pine for a round or two!
Yes! The drinks are on us. We just ask that you celebrate responsibly and make sure you have a plan to get back to your hotel or rental safely.
So much parking, you can bring two cars if you want. You’re still welcome to Uber or ride share, or leave your car there overnight if need be. Safety first!
We are so excited to have guests of all ages, from little tots to grandparents, but this is a private fully operating ranch with a pool, major acreage, and of course an open bar. There are no lifeguards or babysitters on duty. If you are bringing children, you are 100% responsible for keeping an eye on them at all times. It's a wedding, with a lot of booze, just be smart here, people. Thanks.
Yes. It's Florida. Near the water. In June. We will have Citronella candles and torches throughout, and we have bug spray on-site if need be. Mosquitoes suck, literally. No-see-ums like to not be deterred by bug spray, so you may get bit. Best to not scratch, it'll actually spread the bite and cause it to itch more. For more questions on preventing and treating bug bites in Florida, please reach out to the groom. For questions about interesting bugs in Florida, also please reach out to the groom. We will scope the place for red ant piles beforehand, and will make sure everyone is aware of their location.
We’re catering through a Florida institution currently in its 100th year. If you know, you know. Expect a spread of hearty meats and classic sides. A Fair Warning: The menu is "hands-on" (again, IYKYK). It’s delicious, but it can be messy, please keep that in mind when choosing your outfit. Dietary Needs: We will have vegetarian, gluten-free, and sugar-sensitive options available. Please note any specific dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
Of course, what kind of house party doesn't have a pool? There rules are simple: no drowning, no defecating. Probably would ruin it. Bring your swimsuit, towel, floaties, pool torpedoes, goggles, comically large inflatable swans, whatever. Just be safe, it's swim at your own risk.
I can't tell you that, bring the flowers and find out. Pick your favorite bouquet of grocery store flowers. We're talking the $4-10 vibe. We want you present when selecting them, and we want them to represent you. This is specifically for the bride, so the groom, maid-of-honor, and matron-of-honor will scold you publicly in the town square for not acquiescing her request. Just kidding. Or are we??
