What is happening?

Answer

The couple tested positive for COVID-19. The ceremony and reception plans will proceed with additional precautions in place to distance the couple from guests. We understand if this changes your plans.

What time are the shuttles?

Answer

A single 14-passenger shuttle will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn Bolingbrook at 3:45 for the ceremony. Return shuttles depart from the venue at 9:15 and 10:15.

Will we need to drive from the ceremony to the cocktail hour or reception?

Answer

No. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are different spaces at The Monte Bello Estate but are close together. The parking lot is close to all three.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be inside.

Question

Do you have a backup plan? What if it rains?

Answer

If it rains, we will move inside at The Monte Bello Estate.
