St Teresa of Avila Catholic Student Center
We met here!! Wow!!! If you're looking to get some silent prayer time in, we highly recommend the upstairs Adoration Chapel. We would also play you in ping pong any time...
Valparaiso University
In addition to having classes together, attending events on-campus, and eating a few meals in the dining hall, we LOVE taking walks on campus. Our favorite walk loops around the outside of campus, all the way to the old law school! Valpo is very pretty in the fall!!
Zao Island
We went to Zao Island's mini golf course for our second date! Quinlan may or may not have split her pants here....guests, beware!
Uptown Cafe
In between morning classes, we would often dash over to Uptown for a quick snack or "fancy coffee"! We recommend their dark mochas and iced americanos :)
The Home Depot Light Section
After many a long day, we would often visit the Home Depot lights section. If looking at all of the different types of lights and fixtures isn't enough, we recommend trying to pronounce the names backwards. One of our favorites was a light fixture named "Hunter" (lovingly referred to as "Retnuh").
Kirchoff Park
Kirchoff Park has some killer pickleball courts! Anyone interested in a Lukas - Scott - friends faceoff?? We're rooting for you!
Creekside Golf Course and Training Center
Creekside has amazing walking trails as well as a golf course and driving range! Last fall, we saw a salmon swimming in the creek (bonus points to anyone who can find a salmon and bring it to the reception)!
