Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than November 10, 2022.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately our venue has a very strict guest maximum, and we are unable to accommodate more than those we have already invited. Please only bring those who are listed under your party in the RSVP tab. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress nice enough to feel comfortable being in pictures that could end up in an album or on our wall, but dress warm enough to feel comfortable during our outdoor ceremony.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you aren't sure if the bride and groom are aware of your dietary restrictions please reach out ASAP so accomodations can be made.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will not be making transportation plans for the guests. Please have a plan in place to get to and from the wedding safely.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2:45 sharp. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to ensure you are able to park and get to the ceremony location in time. Golf carts will be available to shuttle those who may need it from the parking area to the ceremony seating and over to the reception afterwards.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many Airbnbs in the area as well as some hotel chains. Please reference the Travel tab to see specifics.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception will be held in the same location, and there will be plenty of parking on site. Reference the Travel and Schedule tabs to learn more.

Question

Anything I should know about the drive?

Answer

For guests planning to drive into town the day of the wedding, please note that you will likely be driving over the grapevine that is prone to snow in December. Please keep an eye on your weather app leading up to the event to be sure you are taking the safest path to our wedding.

Question

How's the cell service?

Answer

Cell phone service in this area is spotty. AT&T gets the best reception here. We recommend looking up your driving directions before leaving your hotel room. Free wifi will be available once you arrive at the venue.

Question

BYOB?

Answer

No! There will be a bar in the barn for the reception where you can order drinks. The venue has a strict NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL policy. Please do not bring your own personal alcohol on site, or we could risk a fine or getting kicked out.
