Alex is truly the sister I never had. Even though she is a sister through marriage, I do not see it as such! We have become so close through living together and raising our golden pups together. Alex, also know as Skid, is DJ’s best friend since middle school. They have been doing everything together since then, from working their first job together at the Charlotte Checkers to hanging at the Skidmore Farm every weekend shooting skeet and working on the cabin. If you don’t know skid, he’ll be the one on knee-shot gunning beers all night.

Kaylee and I have been friends since middle school. We have shared many fond memories over the years and I am grateful to call her my best friend! Kaylee is truly a ride or die girl and has been with me through thick and thin. We have been best friends ever since!

If you couldn't tell already, Matt is DJ's younger brother and first best friend. The bond was built strong through the many beatings Matt took from his older brother, both mentally and physically. But somehow Matt stuck it out and they are still best friends to this day. If you are looking for Matt, you will find him running in five minutes before the ceremony starts.
Meagan Savage Knight

Meagan and Jackie met through carpool in elementary school and have been friends ever since. No matter the distance, Meagan has always been there over the years and she is a genuine friend!

Jake, also know as Mills, is DJ’s roomate from Coastal. Freshman year, Mills essentially lived in DJ’s off campus apartment. Since Mills was there so often DJ figured he might as well move in and start paying his share of rent. Mills never failed to talk DJ into skipping an afternoon class for a quick 9 holes or happy hour. Mills is the king of Movie Quotes. If you don’t know Mills he’ll be the guy yelling “Brother Quill” at DJ all night at the reception.

Growing up, Jackie has always wanted to be part of a large family. Meghan is DJ's cousin who lives in Savannah, Georgia. We spend every holiday together and have shared many fond memories over the years. We are so happy she can be part of this special day!
Mike Barresi
Groomsman
Mike, also known as Barresi, is DJ’s best friend from college. Barresi and DJ first met on the Club Lacrosse Team at Coastal. They became best friends through the countless road trips and wild nights on away games. If you don’t know Barresi, you can find him on the dance floor. He will be the guy who steals the mic from the DJ to belt a little karaoke.
