Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of a few close family members that will be a part of our ceremony. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night, and we appreciate you making arrangements to celebrate with us!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors, so please plan your attire accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:00–4:15 PM for our 4:30 PM ceremony. This allows time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins right on time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is ample parking available at both our wedding venue and welcome party venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Black Tie Optional: We invite you to dress in formal attire- think tuxes or suits for gentlemen, and floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses for ladies. We’d love to see a festive, colorful palette that complements our lakefront setting. Don’t feel the need to rent a tux- just come dressed up and ready to celebrate!

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What will the bar situation be?
Answer
A traditional open bar will be available throughout the evening, offering a selection of beer, wine, and spirits for guests to enjoy.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We warmly invite all who are able to join us as we kick off our wedding weekend with a welcome party at the beautiful “A Room with a View,” located in the heart of downtown Nashville. Additional details can be found on the “Order of Events” section of our website.
