We met on a rainy day in February 2020, while Delaney was working at the fitness center (at Ottawa University Arizona) while Ben was giving some potential recruits a tour. Ben thought it would be funny to ask Delaney to get all of those recruits a membership to the gym and in true Delaney fashion, she replied "we don't have those, so no" (or something sassy along those lines). Later on, Delaney messaged Ben on Instagram after seeing a spotlight post from non other than the OUAB (Ottawa University Activities Board), compliments to Shaun Horne! They met up for a few school events and made it official after 2 weeks! They love to say "when you know, you know"!
