We're Getting Married

Quiana was car shopping and waltzed into Travis' dealership. Travis was at the front of the store and Quiana was in the back talking with a salesman, and the sound of her voice caught his attention. Travis looked up and said, "Who is that? Sounds like an Angel." He knew in that moment he had to meet her. He called his co-worker who was in the back of the store with Quiana and asked, " Man who is that?", to which his co-worker replied, "You need to come and see her." Travis began to walk to the back of the store as he had to meet the woman with the voice of an Angel. Travis saw her and thought to himself, Oh man she has cakes and Pies. That along with the voice of an Angel, I must meet her. Right as Quiana was about to turn and leave, Travis slid right up to her and said, "Well hello there..." and the rest is history

As Quiana was out car shopping, and about to leave the dealership, a charming man slid right along her left side and said, "Hello there! Did you test drive the car?" Quiana replied, "Yes, yes I did." Travis responded, "No you didn't. You didn't drive it home to see if it fits in your garage, you didn't drive it to work, and you didn't test drive it to see if it fits into your life." Quiana pointed to the salesman who was helping her and said, "He didn't offer me to take it home." To which the salesman replied, "I am not authorized to offer that." Travis said, "I am authorizing it." Quiana, in a puzzling voice, said, "Who are you?" "I am the man telling you to take the car and keep it over night." he said. "What is your title?", Quiana asked. "I do lots of things.", Travis said. "What does your check say?", asked Quiana. With a chuckle and his handsome grin Travis replied, "My check....my check says I do very well for myself. So, Quiana agreed to take the car overnight, and she was to return it the following evening. Once Quiana arrived at home her phone rang. She did not recognize the number but did recognize the voice. It was Travis the gentleman from the store "who does very well for himself". Travis said, "I had a missed call and thought maybe it was you." Quiana giggled and said, "No, no I did not call you." "Oh ok. Well I just want to make sure everything was ok and you made it home safely.", replied Travis. They chatted for a bit, then Quiana hung up the phone. The following evening Quiana returned the car and Travis was there with his charming smile. As he walked her out they began to chat, and Travis told her, "You are going to be my girl." Quiana chuckled and thought to herself, man he is confident. The he said, "You can laugh but you will be my girl." AND THE REST IS HISTORY

It was October 03, Quiana's birthday, and the family was going to dinner to celebrate. When Quiana arrived, she was happy to see that not only were all the kids there, but so were other family members and friends. The area was nicely decorated and Quiana felt blessed to be able to celebrate her birthday with everyone. After dinner a beautiful cupcake cake with the words, "Happy Birthday Gorgeous" was brought out. As Quiana was passing out the cupcakes she heard someone say, "Qui, your cake is over here." She turned around to see Travis holding a nice piece of cheesecake with a candle on it. Quiana did NOT see the words "Will you Marry Me" written on the plate. So when Travis asked her if she would marry him she thought to herself, we have discussed getting married and have even selected a ring, so of course I will marry you. But instead of saying yes, Quiana just walked over to Travis and gave him a kiss. However, something was going on. Quiana realized that everyone had their phones out and were recording. Then someone said, "Well, did you say yes?" Quiana then looked at the Cheesecake, saw her amazing ring sitting on a raspberry, said "Yes", grabbed the ring, put the ring in her mouth in an effort to lick off all the icing, and then slid the AMAZING ring on her finger. She had yet to see the words 'Will you marry me" written in strawberry sauce on the plate. Travis and Quiana embraced, kissed, and held each other savoring the moment for a bit. It wasn't until later when they were packing her cheesecake to take home that she realized the plate said, "Will you marry me." Quiana chuckled and embraced her fiance' as she was so happy and at peace with the blessing that God delivered to her that evening #HeFoundHisRib
