Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans, shorts, t-shirts etc. Examples of cocktail attire for men ranges anywhere from a suit and tie, to a nice dress shirt and slacks. Examples of cocktail attire for woman ranges from a midi dress, to a fun polished jumpsuit! Out of respect for the bride please avoid wearing white/ivory/cream dresses. Our venue is an outdoor venue. With that being said, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes or chunky heels. Avoid wearing high skinny-heeled shoes as the terrain is a little rough at parts.

Can we bring our children?

Although we love your little ones, please note that the only exception of children will be those of the wedding party. We are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Please use our wedding weekend as a fun parent getaway!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM. You will have time to park & find a seat! The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes! There will be staff to direct you to the parking area. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!! You may leave your vehicle in the parking area until 8AM the next morning. Please arrange yourself a ride and drink responsibly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have hotel recommendations on our website. The nearest town to the venue is Jackson, CA. Only a 10 minute drive.

Is there stay on property?

Answer

You may bring your RV's, campers, vans & tents to stay the night! There will be a designated area for you. However, there will be NO hook-ups or restrooms. This will be a dry camp.

What does an unplugged ceremony mean?

Answer

We kindly ask you to silence and put your devices away during the ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer/videographer to capture all the beautiful moments of both the ceremony and the reception. We will happily share those photos with you once we receive them. As soon as cocktail hour starts, pull those phones out and take lots of pictures!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will be having an open bar once cocktail hour begins.

What if I cannot attend the wedding festivities?

Answer

We will miss you dearly! If you cannot attend the wedding, please RSVP "no" via our wedding website. You may also contact us directly so we can plan accordingly.
