Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st. If you plan on booking a room in the hotel block RSVP by July 12th, some rooms may be available afterward but it is not guaranteed. The hotel block cut-off is August 12th.

Are children permitted?

Answer

There are no children allowed beyond the wedding party (flower girl and ring bearer).

IS THERE PARKING?

Answer

Parking is FREE at the Stone Cottages for the ceremony, then guests will be expected to drive to the Merry-Go-Round for the reception. Parking is complimentary for all overnight guests at both locations. The preferred parking area is by the Bear Mountain Inn/ Merry Go-Round for the reception. In the event that it rains, the ceremony will be held at the Merry Go Round, and guest who arrive BEFORE 5pm will be expected to pay a fee.

WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY?

Please contact us as early in advance as possible regarding any food allergies so we can notify the caterer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Those specified on the invite are invited. While we wish we could invite everyone this is an intimate venue, so we have to limit plus ones.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be supplied to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Point-Fort Montgomery. Everything is walkable if you stay on the grounds of Bear Mountain Inn.
