Can I take pictures on my own phone/camera?

Answer

Please absolutely no pictures during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture these special moments and would rather see your happy faces than your phone. We would love to share our professional photos with you once they come in! Personal photos at the reception are allowed and welcome.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Shiloh spaces will remain open between the ceremony and reception so guests can mingle and have a place to stay during this time gap. Christmas cookies will be provided!

Where should I park during the reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the Saratoga Parking Lot (17 E 8th Street, Covington, KY 41011) directly across the street from the Madison Event Center South, as well as metered parking nearby that is free on Sundays. If you are unable to find free parking, there is paid parking at the nearby City Center Parking Garage (24E W 7th Street, Covington, KY 41011).

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is no set dress code, please just dress nice for a wedding :) Christmas colors are fun and encouraged, but not required.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we have to keep a limited guest list. We will only be able to accommodate the guests that are specifically listed on your invite once invitations are sent out. Thank you for your understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, only children specifically listed on the invitation are invited. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance so you can enjoy this special day with us!
