Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour ( 3pm!) before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the ceremony started as scheduled!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! So be prepared, you may need to bring sunscreen or wear different shoes.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around half a hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free! So please park in the dedicated parking lot.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP by July 1, 2021. You can do so online. Only accepting electronic RSVPs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #SummerMoon so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What about COVID? Any steps or precautions?

Answer

With COVID-19 still a growing concern, we have opted for an intimate ceremony. Masks, socially distant seating, and ample sanitizing stations will be provided. As much as we want everyone to be able to celebrate in person, we do ask that if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to COVID-19 within two weeks of the wedding to please stay home and toast us from afar. We are looking forward to celebrating with you!
