It was just like in a movie scene when the girl walked in to the gymnasium and in the guys eyes she's the only girl in the whole room and it was love at first sight and the rest was history. Just kidding... but kind of not. We exchanged names and "hello, nice to meet you" at the annual meeting of all of the athletes in the Feaster Center at FSU. In our first year of knowing each other Quentin to me was the perfect athlete and captain to look up to. It wasn't until my first conference championship that fate would sit Becka Crandall and I in the seat in front of him on our bus ride to Charlotte, NC. I consider this to be the reason Quentin and I are together today. I might also credit my mom and Becka's (bridesmaid) family for providing us with enough snacks and food to feed us for weeks to hold in our hotel room. Which Quentin and Logan (groomsman) our captains made sure to stop by often to stock up on snacks for the meet. Over the next year we became close friends and it became clear we were meant to be. 3 years, 3, apartments, and 2 fur babies later we are engaged and living in our first home in our dream city of Charleston, SC. We can't wait to spend our wedding day with each and every one of you and share our new home with you.
