Park Hyatt is the best large chain hotel by far in Saigon. The hotel is built on a historic hotel that once hosted American diplomats and military commanders during the Vietnam War. It is located right at the city center. They also had the best afternoon tea lounge in the city.

MGallery is a boutique chain hotel that focuses on uniquely historic design. Their Saigon property utilizes Indochine and colonial architecture of Vietnam during the 1920s era. Their rooftop bar is also very famous in Saigon.

InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort

This is where we will spend our time in Da Nang and Hoi An. This property is the most famous in Vietnam and one of the top ten hotel resorts in Asia. Built atop a hillside, in the middle of a rainforest with endangered species, this hotel resort is inspired by the colonial architecture of Vietnam's past and situated in the most scenic and secluded Bai Bac (North Shore) Bay in Da Nang.

Grab is the main ride sharing app in Vietnam. Please download and input your payment information prior to arrival. Also, please note that Vietnamese cars are smaller than American cars so choose XL option for the standard U.S. size. You can also use VinaSun, but we don't recommend it because they are at least 2x more expensive and they may take advantage of you.
