There will be a designated free parking lot for guests to park on the west side of the building where the entrance is also located. There is only 72 parking spaces so carpooling is encouraged.
Summer in Arizona is very brutal and with the wedding in early june, please be prepared for 100 degree weather and stay hydrated. We will have water available at all times and fans as well.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide transportation for everyone at this time. Transportation time from the chapel to the reception is 20 minutes on average.
Cocktail hour traditionally takes place right after ceremony, but due to limited daylight and the event time block we will have cocktail hour reserved at the reception site.
As we are eager to meet all of our lovely guests, we strongly ask that guests wait to take pictures with the bride and groom until they arrive at the reception. The bride and groom will take their pictures immediately after the ceremony and with immediate family only due to our chapel time ending at 6:30 pm.
We have reserved the space until midnight so we have all night to dance away!!
The bar will be open for 4 hours from 7pm-11pm.
There are 4 bathrooms in the venue.
Semi-formal attire is required. We kindly ask that guests do not wear the color white or red. Guests may change into something more casual for the reception to feel more comfortable. Please keep in mind that the weather in june is typically 100 degrees and above.
