Can I stay at a different resort and attend your wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the resort's policy, only guests who are staying at Garza Blanca Cancun and booked through our travel website (TripGuy) with a minimum of 3 nights stay can attend our wedding.

What if I'm unsure of my exact travel date but I'm ready to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by 12/10/2025. All rooms must be booked & deposited by December 10th, 2025 Your room is not truly confirmed until we receive your $100 deposit! You are able to make changes to your reservation until the final payment due date of May 21st 2026. We are currently holding rooms from December 10th – 15th, 2026; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link in the "Travel" tab. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Please note that there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. Your room is not truly confirmed until we receive your $100 deposit! $100 room deposits are refundable up until the final payment due date (May 21st, 2026)

Do I have to book the rooms through TripGuy website or can I book it through other sites?

Answer

Please book your stay through our Trip Guy website listed under the "Travel" tab. The booking will be directly linked with our reserved room block with the resort. By booking through our wedding website, it will secure the best rates, guaranteed room availability and admission to attend all wedding events/activities. If you have any further questions of room rates seen through different sites, please inquire Trip Guy team directly via email or number provided at the top of the page.

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes, yes and yes. You will be traveling internationally. Each guest must have a valid passport to travel. Please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport before traveling! For travel to Mexico, your passport should be valid for the duration of your stay.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International airport (CUN).

Does the resort offer airport transfer services?

Answer

No, but transfer service is available as an Add-on with your booking! Roundtrip/nonstop airport transfers from CUN Airport will be added for each guest at $60 per person. Same rates apply for kids. This will guarantee safe and direct transport to and from the resort. No strangers will be grouped together during the transport, only guest from the wedding will be in the same vehicle. This service can be added to your room booking with TripGuy. The resort is approximately a 30-minute drive from Cancun International Airport.

What does Garza Blanca Cancun’s all-inclusive plan include?

Answer

The Gourmet Culinary all-inclusive plan includes all meals, snacks, and beverages at our gourmet restaurants: Blanca Blue, Hiroshi, Bocados Steak House, DAO, The Rooftop, The Snack, plus a Gourmet Hall with 5 gourmet outlets, and all of Villa del Palmar Cancun's restaurants, plus 24hr room service. We recommend visiting the resort's website to schedule your dining reservations in advance.
