FAQs

Question

Is the wedding at an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Your stay is all-inclusive, which means most of your food, drinks, and activities are already covered in the cost of your room. Your children are invited as well. For details, please check their webpage. https://hotel.hardrock.com/riviera-maya/all-inclusive.aspx

Question

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend Coastal Semi-Formal attire. • For the Ladies: We suggest chic midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates in light, breathable fabrics. Feel free to embrace the island vibe with color and movement! • For the Gentlemen: We envision crisp button-down shirts (long or short sleeves) paired with slacks, chinos, or linen trousers. While we know some may prefer the classic look of a suit, please feel free to lean into the tropical setting and skip the jacket and tie. We want everyone to feel sharp, cool, and ready to hit the dance floor!

Question

Is there a room block link?

Answer

Yes, please check the Travel page for the room block links. There is an adult-only section and a family section.

Question

Can I stay somewhere else?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests book through Hard Rock's official room block links to coordinate wedding events more smoothly and ensure everyone is included in the wedding experience. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Arriving at least 1–2 days before the wedding (Nov 8) is suggested.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Two people on the reservation will get free transportation through the Hard Rock Hotel. If you have additional people on the reservation, you will have to purchase transport for them.
