Flight

SeaTac Airport

SeaTac is Seattle's main airport. The fastest way to get from the airport to downtown Seattle is by Uber/Lyft/Taxi. This is a 30 minute drive. Please be aware that this will cost $75-$100. We recommend taking the Link Train. It is a 50 minute long ride but is $3.50 (See Link Train Section below) We also encourage our guests to books flights early since they could be expensive due to the July 4th holiday weekend.

Link Train

The Link is a train that runs from the airport to downtown Seattle. Follow signs at arrivals for the Link Station. Tickets cost $3.50 and can be purchased using kiosks at the train station or using the Transit Go mobile app. If you are staying at the hotels listed on our website, you will exit at the Westlake station. Train time table is linked here. The train does not run all the way to Downtown late at night so please check the time table.

This hotel is located in South Lake Union, a 20 min walk from the Westlake Link station or a short Uber ride. This is a Marriott affiliated hotel! Please use the link below to book a room with our block at a reduced rate If room block is full please consider the Astra Hotel below.

Parking Note

The Moxy Seattle Downtown hotel does not have parking onsite. However there is a nearby garage that allows overnight parking for $27/night at: 500 Boren Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109 (Note: parking entrance is off Republican Street) Street parking is also available downtown. Parking in Seattle is paid for using the Pay By Phone mobile app. (you can also us machines ins some locations but we encourage folks to get the app as it is much easier to use). Street parking in the city will be FREE the day of the ceremony due to the July 4th Holiday. It is also always free on Sundays. If you want to see if street parking is available anywhere in the city you can check the linked map. Additionally, if you want to drive around downtown during the day, Amazon building garages downtown are always free during the day on weekends and weekdays after 4pm.

Transportation from Main Hotel to Ceremony

If you do not plan to drive, we will have bus transportation available to the venue leaving from the Moxy Seattle Downtown hotel and returning that evening. Please note in your RSVP whether or not you plan to take the bus so we can get an accurate headcount for the number of buses needed. The buses will leave the hotel promptly at 3pm the day of the wedding. If you miss the bus you will be responsible for your own transportation to the wedding venue. Buses will leave the venue at 9:15pm after the reception. Please do not miss this bus as finding Ubers may be difficult near the venue.
