Even though we love children, there is a strict capacity limit enforced by the venue. The only way we could keep the guest list within the limit was to only allow the children that are part of the bridal party (ring bearer and flower girl) and guests named specifically on the invitation.
We highly recommend an AirBnB or a cabin before booking a motel in the area. There are beautiful cabins in the nearby Big South Fork River and Recreation Area: https://bigsouthforkrentals.com/ As well as new-build houses and additional cabins in Oneida via VRBO and AirBNB For a more historic exprience, Historic Rubgy is a 35 minute drive from the venue: https://www.greygablesbedandbreakfasttn.com/ https://historicrugby.org/ If you feel lost and need suggestions for booking anything, feel free to text Pyper at 423-539-0789
There will be a European style dinner with a roast pig and vegetarian options.
No, we have booked the available rooms at the venue for the bridal party so that they can be available as needed for wedding activities.
The dress code is semi-formal.
A well lit and paved parking area including several handicap spaces is available.
There will be an open bar.
You can respond to the invitation via mail or call/text/email the bride and groom.
The short ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The limited seating will only be provided for the elderly and disabled, so please take this into account when choosing footwear.
