I (Emma) was on the shooting sports team at William Woods University during my freshman year. My coach, Taylor, was Kota's former Ag teacher at his high school. One day, Taylor showed me a silly picture of Kota, thinking we would make a good match. Fast forward, Kota and I went on a date that included him driving an hour to Fulton to pick me up. We went to Bek's for dinner, and the rest is history. Our third date consisted of us going to Sonic for dinner and then driving to a nearby town to look at lawnmowers. As of a few days ago, Kota told me this was the date he knew he wanted to marry me!!
