Here’s a more detailed overview of Saturday’s timeline! 5:30 PM: Ceremony begins. Please arrive before 5:30 so you can find seating. Feel free to sit on either side! The ceremony will take place inside Hook & Ladder. We might not have enough chairs for everyone to sit, so the last few folks that arrive might have to stand in the back for the ceremony. 6:00 PM: Cocktail hour. The cocktail hour will be outside under a canopy while the room is flipped. Keep an eye on the weather forecast. The canopy should protect from the rain, but it might be breezy and chilly Saturday night. There will be games and activities set up for your enjoyment during this time. Beer, wine, seltzers, and soda will be hosted beginning in cocktail hour through last call with spirits available for purchase. Signature cocktails and THC seltzers will be hosted during cocktail hour and dinner, and then will be available for purchase after that. 7:30 PM-8:30 PM: Dinner. Dinner will be served via food stations set up inside and outside. You do not need to get your food right away. Feel free to continue enjoying yourself and then visit the food stations and find a spot at a table whenever you please! 8:35 PM: Dancing starts! Have fun! Cake will be served shortly after this. At some point in the night, we’ll have about 45 minutes of karaoke to break up the dancing! Make sure to turn in your sign-up sheets during cocktail hour or dinner. The dj will randomly select singers from the sign-up basket. 10:00 PM: Late night snack served. 11:00 PM: Last call. 11:30: End of party.
