We can't wait to celebrate with you!

They met in the summer of 2004 through mutual friends. Within several days of hanging out, they began to date, however that only lasted 4 weeks LOL. After the teenage romance ended, they briefly kept in touch. ***Fast forward to three years later, Lily moved to NM while Julio stayed in AR. During those five years they did not talk nor see each other. In 2012, Lily returned to AR just for the summer as she was still finishing her undergraduate degree in NM. One night, they coincidentally saw each other at a friend's party. They immediately began to catch up but nothing happened (Lily was still living in NM and neither one of them was interested in a long distance relationship). One year later, in the summer of 2013, Lily returned to AR. Well.... only for the summer. They saw each other AGAIN (coincidentally) only because both were part of a wedding party.....DESTINY? lol. They hadn't seen each other in over a year. During the wedding, they talked and danced. As the night came to an end, Julio invited Lily on a date. The following day, they went to an amusement center-Lokomotion, then to the movies, then ice cream, and lastly dinner. Several weeks later... they became official. Now here they are 😁

It happened during their Paris trip in August, 2019. They went to have dinner at a restaurant facing the Eiffel Tower (stunning view). Once dinner ended, they walked toward the Eiffel tower. Julio wanted to wait until the clock struck midnight to propose (Every hour at the hour, the Eiffel Tower is covered in golden lights and sparkles for 5 whole minutes). Right at midnight, Julio popped the question under the sparkly illuminated Eiffel Tower.
