We first met in 2010 in Columbus, OH through our mutual best friend Karen at the Garage Bar in Arena District. After a few times of meeting randomly out with friends, Greg asked Karen how he could take Emily out on a date. Karen suggested sushi, which wasn't Greg's favorite, so instead we hung out casually for a few months until Greg made it official with a sushi date on the floor of his Short North apartment. We spent many years of exploring Columbus and enjoyed traveling the world together. After moving in together for a couple of years we made the move to the city of our dreams- NYC. After a short 8 years together, Greg proposed on the balcony of our Columbus condo at Christmas time. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than a trip with all of our family and closest friends!
