Booking Travel
Please sign into our wedding website from the Attend a Wedding page on DestinationWeddings.com passcode: MANSELL. Christine Kennedy is our travel specialist who can assist you with booking. Through the site you can book our special wedding room rates and travel between the airport and resort will be set up for you. You can contact Christine at 800-498-8130 or ckennedy@destinationweddings.com . If you have any issues please let us know! We have a room block reserved until 2/24/2020. After that date, the rate and rooms cannot be guaranteed. Only a $100 deposit needs to be made to secure your room at this time.

Flight
Cancun International Airport
Guests should fly into Cancun, Mexico airport. You will need a passport that does not expire within 6 months of travel. As long as you book through our site at destinationweddings.com transportation to and from the airport to the resort will be set up for you. The trip from the airport to the resort is approximately 1 hour.

Resort details
This is an all-inclusive resort. Your transportation will be covered, as well as all of your food and drinks (including alcohol) while staying at the resort. If you choose to stay somewhere else, please note there is a resort day pass fee of $147/person to come the day of the wedding. Please let us know if you do not plan to stay at the resort so that we can include you into our wedding plans.

Helpful Apps to Download
We recommend downloading the UnicoRivieraMaya app prior to your stay. This is an easy way to see the activities and different restaurant menus. From the app, you can choose additional pillows from the pillow menu and what you'd like in your all-inclusive mini bar prior to arriving! There is also a spa and tours & adventures list (with included in your stay treatments and excursions which just cost a 25% service fee). We will be adding optional excursions to take with us to the RSVP section and additional excursion or spa treatments can all easily be booked once you get to the resort! WhatsApp- great app to connect with friends through wifi vs using data to text. It's also very useful because once you arrive at the resort you will have a personal concierge to help you manage your stay. It's an easy and quick way to get in touch with them if you need anything at all!
